About the Role:

 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Sourcing and Screening:
    • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to identify potential candidates.
    • Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
    • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate interest and suitability.
  • Recruitment Process:
    • Partner with talent acquisition partner to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Posting them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
    • Schedule and conduct interviews, including behavioral,and cultural fit assessments.
    • Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer letter and onboarding.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and industry conferences.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, and source of hire.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular documentations on recruitment activities and performance.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
