Title:  Material Planning Specialist

Job Purpose

To execute material planning processes and ensure accuracy and continuity of materials supply to satisfy operational requirements

Technical Accountabilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate timely materials for operations.
• Study historical data, analyze trends, and account for fluctuations to ensure constant material replenishment.
• Creating Purchasing Requests for re-filling orders to ensure the consistent supply of materials necessary for operations.
• Prepare needed reports on KPIs and maintaining MRP master data parameters
• Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate suppliers in coordination with the purchasing team.

Education: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Science/Medicine or relevant degree;

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in a similar position
• Successful, multi-year track record in Supply Chain functions in global organization
• Familiarity with SAP tool is highly recommended
