Job Purpose
The HSE Supervisor is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workplace within the medical sector. This role involves assisting with risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety among all employees.
Technical Accountabilities
- Assist in maintaining an effective health and safety management system.
- Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements and industry’s best practices.
- Assist in developing and maintaining emergency response plans and conducting drills to ensure preparedness.
- Support the investigation of accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and delivering HSE training programs to educate employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on HSE performance, including incident statistics and audit findings.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.
- Stay updated on new regulations and industry trends to continuously improve HSE practices.

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of Previous Market experience in similar roles
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
knowledge of the company’s services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. - Good English and Arabic skills (reading, writing and spoken).
