Title: Group Total Reward Manager

Job Purpose:
leads the development and execution of strategic remunerations program that supports Alfa Medical Group's ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talents. This position involves collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that total rewards strategies are aligned with the AMG's objectives, culture, and financial parameters.
Accountabilities:
Remunerations Systems:
- Designs and implements comprehensive compensation strategies that are in line with AMG’s business objectives and market conditions to ensure competitive pay structures for all job roles and levels.
- Designs and implements AMG total rewards policies, procedures, in consideration of all stakeholders alignment and the management approvals in order to maintain AMG competitiveness as Employer of Choice.
- Manages the administration of employee benefits programs such as retirement plans, and wellness programs, including vendor negotiations & enrollment to ensure company competitiveness & talent retention.
- Develops & implements the annual merit cycles to ensure fair and equitable salary increments based on performance evaluations and AMG Salary Structure.
- Develops and implements recognition programs that acknowledge employee contributions and enhance morale, fostering a culture of appreciation.
- Administers the job evaluations exercise to determine appropriate grading levels and maintains AMG's salary structure, including salary bands and ranges, based on market data and internal equity to generate a competitive and fair remuneration system.
- Develops and Implements performance-based incentives and bonuses to drive employee engagement and productivity to link the compensation and rewards to performance management systems, achieving a direct correlation between employee performance and financial rewards, thereby enhancing overall organizational performance.
People Cost & Budget Adherence:
- Develops and manages the annual budget for all people related costs (ERCs) to ensure financial sustainability and alignment with AMG’s goals.
- Oversees the Manpower Plans and rightsizing initiatives to align the workforce with business objectives to achieve a balanced and productive workforce that meets operational needs and budget constraints.
Analysis & Reports
- Analyzes compensation data and trends and prepares reports for senior management regarding people cost trends vs. annual budget to ensure alignment with budget, market trends, industry standards and AMG’s objectives.
- Identifies and mitigates risks associated with compensation and benefits programs, such as legal compliance issues and financial implications to safeguard AMG from potential liabilities.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's):
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in total rewards in complex organizations.
- Proven hands-on experience in job evaluation methodologies, bonus schemes, compensation planning and benefits design.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required for managing complex compensation structures and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Strong analytical skills, a proven track record of using data to make high quality decisions including using Data Modeling tools.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying total rewards strategies to both employees and leadership, ensuring alignment across the organization including strong presentation skills and business acumen.
- Flexibility, as the role requires being able to seamlessly switch between strategic, tactical, and operational tasks, maintaining effectiveness in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent English and Arabic skills (reading, writing and spoken).
