Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's overall digital marketing strategy. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales through various online channels.
Technical Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Creates comprehensive digital marketing calendar.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, websites etc.).
- Create and manage high-quality content (written, visual, video) that engages the target audience.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
- Crafts compelling messages and stories to effectively communicate our brand value proposition to target audiences.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Report on campaign results and provide insights and dashboards to leadership.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as product marketing, sales, digital strategy and creative, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverages this information to refine marketing strategies.
- Manages external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (7-10 years) in digital marketing in a managerial role, preferably with a deep knowledge of media buying.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, SEO and marketing automation systems.
- Analytical mindset and experience in using data and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and drive optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences and channels both in Arabic and English.
- Strong project management and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
