Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's overall digital marketing strategy. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales through various online channels.

Technical Accountabilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Creates comprehensive digital marketing calendar.
  3. Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, websites etc.).
  4. Create and manage high-quality content (written, visual, video) that engages the target audience.
  5. Track and analyze campaign performance using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
  7. Crafts compelling messages and stories to effectively communicate our brand value proposition to target audiences.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  9. Report on campaign results and provide insights and dashboards to leadership.
  10. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as product marketing, sales, digital strategy and creative, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.
  11. Conducts market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverages this information to refine marketing strategies.
  12. Manages external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in digital marketing in a managerial role, preferably with a deep knowledge of media buying.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, SEO and marketing automation systems.
  • Analytical mindset and experience in using data and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and drive optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences and channels both in Arabic and English.
  • Strong project management and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
