Title:  Medical Secretary

Job Purpose

Writes Medical Reports for patient & follow up with doctors to ensure medical reports updated and ready.

Technical Accountabilities

  1. Writes Medical Reports, to ensure all medical report ready for patient.  
  2. Print (Pet/CT – Coronary – Injury) Reports (e,g. physician and Patients 
  3. Receives Medical Films and distributing to doctors.
  4.  Send Medical & films reports to patients through Alfa scan system (prime Portal) for patients
  5. Follows center’s policies and procedures.

Daily verbal/ written/ phone communication with all internal concerned Staff.

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited University
  • fresh Graduate
  • Professional skills in Arabic and English language both spoken and written
  • Professional communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong PC Skills in Ms office
