Title:  Head of Nurses

Job Purpose

Ensures All Nurses operate efficiently and correctly, directs nursing service during operation

Technical Accountabilities

• Develop and implement the strategic vision and goals for the nursing team
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing team, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to nursing practice
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction
• Contribute to the development and review of nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with current evidence-based practice, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review records the medical supplies used for each patient in the notebook and digitalized system designated for this in each unit.
• Manages contrast allergies as recommended
• Follows center’s policies and procedures.

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)

• Nursing bachelor’s degree
• Minimum (7) years of experience
• Professional skills in Arabic and English language both spoken and written
• Professional communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong PC skills in MS office
