Job Purpose

Contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives and performs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group.

  • Monitors training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
  • Provides input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
  • Provides timely information for all levels of a company on HR issues.
  • Develops HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Structures compensation and benefit packages.
  • Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check and candidate on-boarding details.
  • Conducts new Employee Orientation program for new hires.
  • Leads and/or supports annual HR cycles i.e., performance appraisal
  • Ensures the smooth running of working parties to facilitate the delivery of HR policies, projects, and initiatives.
  • Monitors and supports HR activity to ensure the terms of the HR SLA are being met

  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • 2- 3 years of relevant experience
  • Expert Knowledge of HR practices
  • Post graduate degree is a plus.
  • HR certification is highly preferred
