Title:  Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Purpose

Leads the talent acquisition process for designated sector(s)by identifying, sourcing and attracting top talent(s) that aligns with an organization’s goals, culture, and future needs. This role serves as a strategic partner to the hiring managers and partners for the HR Business Partner plays in building a high-performing and productive workforce while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

Technical Accountabilities

Business Sustainability & Stakeholders Engagement

  • Builds talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs to reduce time-to-fill for critical positions and ensures a steady flow of qualified candidates to result in higher-quality candidates who meet specific job requirements
  • Partners with the HRBPs & the hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles to result in higher-quality candidates who meet specific job requirements and improve overall team performance.
  • Works with the HRBPs & hiring managers to define selection criteria for specific roles to defined criteria reduce the quality of candidates moving through the evaluation stages and leading to better-fit hires.
  • Aligns recruitment strategies with long-term business goals to future growth and sustainability, enhancing organizational capabilities.

Data-Driven Recruitment

  • Analyzes recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire to identify areas for improvement and leads to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire while enhancing the quality of hires
  • Creates and presents detailed reports on hiring trends and market insights to stakeholders to gain valuable insights into the recruitment landscape, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Use metrics to refine recruitment strategies and improve efficiency to increase successful hires, and ultimately achieve better alignment with business objectives.
  • Use data-driven tools like applicant tracking systems (ATS) and psychometric tests to ensure objective assessments and Increased objectivity in the hiring process.

Administrative Accountabilities

Team Leadership

  • Coaches & mentors’ recruiters and talent acquisition team members to develop their skills and efficiency and to foster a culture of continuous learning, reducing turnover rates and ensuring a strong pipeline.

Premium Employment Experience

  • Partners with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Leads the team in pre-employment candidates’ communications, on-boarding process, probation evaluation until exit interviews to ensure utmost employment experience.

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition including 1 year as TA Business Partner.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting tech talent across various platforms and networks.

  • ERP Experience is a must (SAP SuccessFactors / ORACLE Fusion)
