Title:  Sales Representative

Job Purpose

Executes district visits plan to promote for ALFA Medical Group services, builds and maintains strong partnerships with clients; especially KOLs & VIP referring physicians; understands their needs, and provides recommendations. Fulfills periodical targets and ensures the designated district CRM data is up to date as well as being scanned properly from a market intelligence point of view.

Technical Accountabilities

Accountabilities:

District Management

  1. Participates in setting the weekly district targets with the district manager for ensuring proper execution of the district sales plan.
  2. Arranges appointments in coordination with district manager to ensure covering KOL & VIP physicians as per the company guidelines.
  3. Executes the call plans & visits as agreed with the district manager to provide updates on AMG services and keep abreast of client requirements.
  4. Builds and maintains strong partnership with customers to uplift AMG physician advocates.

Customer Relation Management

  1. Ensure (CRM) data is up-to-date and properly captured for the designated district.

Market Trends

  1. Analyzes and monitor market intelligence from customer interactions, competitor activities and industry trends to identifies new opportunities and inform business decisions
  2. Attends conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay informed about industry developments and enhance product knowledge.

Reports

Prepares and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance to management

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceuticals, science, Vet and Dentist
  •  0 to 3 years of previous experience in medical sales or a related field is often preferred.
  • Very Good Computer Skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems can be advantageous.
  •  Good Command of English language.
