Title: Branch Manager-Nasr City(Victory Road)
Job Purpose
Delivering world class customer experience inside the branch, via implementing quality procedures and effectively managing branch operations overseeing technical and administrative functions
Technical Accountabilities
- Responsible for the branch workflow, while ensuring correctness of patient's data and, smooth quality sampling, and following up to deliver timely results.
- Implementing all infection control procedures and occupational safety and health procedures for staff inside the branch in accordance with the instructions of the Quality Management.
- Provide the best service to the patient.
- Handling and resolving any complaint the customers to reach the highest rate of customer satisfaction
- Manage the branch needs in terms of hygiene, maintenance, and supplies
- Monitoring the expiry date of all supplies and chemicals in the branch
- Monitoring for the outdoor advertisements and report monthly to the area manager
- Manage the administrative needs of the branch staff.
- Supporting patients to check on their health status by reading their results and suggesting related necessary tests.
- Providing medical advice to patients in choosing the tests for their condition in the absence of a prescription from a treating physician
- Monitoring the market needs for new laboratory services by communicating with doctors or through the prescriptions received by the branch
- Achieve the branch's monthly targets
- Monitoring the volume of assigned contracts
- Monthly visits to doctors according to the schedule planned.

- Bachelor of Medicine.
- Preferred Diploma of Clinical Pathology
- Leadership & Management Skills
- Experience not less than a year in a managerial position.
- Good Knowledge of English
- Full knowledge of computer and Office programs.
