Job Purpose

Ensure smooth sampling process to deliver top patient experience and quality results.

Technical Accountabilities

Accountabilities :

  • Implementing the regulations, procedures, and quality control programs of ISO 15189, safety and environmental levels, and laboratory infection control.
  • Maintaining patient results' confidentiality
  • Ensure smooth sampling process while applying pre-tests procedures.
  • Setting the data before performing the necessary test coding
  • Manage and preserve Sample quality and organization.
  • Record and keep taken samples.
  • Correct sample separation and preparation for transport to the laboratory.
  • Carry out regular maintenance of the devices according to the operating instructions.
  • Monitor stock of first aid kit.
  • Ensuring good hygiene and arrangement of the branch's devices and tools for easy use of laboratory space.

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) :

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Health Technical Institute.
  • Obtaining a license to practice the profession is a must
  • Experience not less than a year in the same field and specialty.
  • Good Knowledge of English
  • Full knowledge of computer and Office programs.
  • The ability and ensure to draw samples in the correct way
